Time Building
Our Timebuilding Packages are the most efficient way to build time.
Our Timebuilding packages are our most economical packages designed for pilots building time for an Instrument or Commercial rating. These packages allow great flexibility for the timebuilding pilot to set the hours which work best for you and your schedule. All aircraft will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for scheduled timebuilding flights. Please call us for more details.
Before you begin:
1. If you are not a U.S. Citizen you must register through the TSA
2. If you are a U.S. Citizen you must provide a document to prove citizenship. (Birth Certificate, U.S. Passport)
3. Photo I.D. (state ID, military ID)
4. If you hold a FAA Pilot Certificate, you must bring the certificate and your current medical.
5. Students are strongly advised to obtain at least a 3rd Class FAA medical certificate.
6. If you have career aspirations it's a good idea to initially obtain a 1st Class medical certificate.

Block time must be paid in full up front with cash or check. Block time rates are DRY. With proper planning for inexpensive fuel, timebuilding rates will be approximately $10 cheaper than our standard rates.
If flying is to be done during the week, flight must be scheduled no earlier than 24 hours before the flight. If flying is to be done during the weekend, flight must be scheduled the same day only. No overnights are permitted during timebuilding flights. At least 75% of time scheduled must be flown (if scheduled for four hours, you must fly for at least three). 50 hour blocks must be flown within 2 months. 100 hour blocks must be flown within 4 months. Aircraft are guaranteed to be available for at least 25 hours per week.
